The Smith Institute for Urology promotes a culture of diversity and inclusion. The Smith Institute for Urology strives to eliminate bias within healthcare. We continually work to create, support and sustain the growth of a just and equitable environment among all trainees, students and staff, and attain health equity for all patients.
